Quick Burrito
On a flour tortilla place one (1) slice of pepper jack cheese, microwave for 30 seconds.
Drizzle a few drops of Ropin' Bills Sweet & Hot Habanero sauce, add your favorite "stuffings",
roll up and enjoy. Makes a great breakfast burrito if you add an egg!

Quick Dip
Mix one or two tablespoons of Ropin' Bills Hot Sauce to a pint of sour cream for a chip & veggie dip.

Crab & Shrimp Boil
Add 1/2 cup of Ropin' Bills per 5 lbs. of crab or shrimp. Works on crawdaddy boils too.

Marinade
Mix 1 tablespoon of Ropin' Bills with 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar & 1 cup water.
Works great for chicken, beef, pork or fish.

Chili
Add a couple of tablespoons of Ropin' Bill's to a pot of chili (fresh or canned) for a great FULL-FLAVOR kick..

Cheese Dip
Mix a few tablespoons of Ropin' Bills hot sauce to Velveeta chunks & milk (cover cheese with milk), microwave
on high till it boils then mix it all together; repeat as needed until melted. It will be a thin mixture. Add
a teaspoon of flour to 1/2 cup COLD milk, mix well with a fork, then fold into the hot Velveeta mixture & microwave
again to thicken Stir. Be patient, this may take a few cycles to get the thickness youneed. Remember the hotter the
dip is, the thinner it will be it always gets thicker as it cools.

Pasta & Pizza Sauce
Add 1 tablespoon (or more) of Ropin' Bills to your favorite pasta or pizza sauce recipe. Folks will love it!

Cheezy Quesidilla
Place a large flour tortilla on an ungreased hot flat grill or skillet. A drop of water should dance when dropped on the grill. Sprinkle your favorite
grated Mexican cheese blend over the tortilla, add a few tablespoon of Ropin' Bill's Salsa over the cheese. Sprinkle with granulated garlic, add another sprinkle of
cheese, cover with another tortilla. Let cook until tortilla is crispy then flip & cook until top side is crispy. Cut into wedges & serve with Ropin' Bill's Hot Sauce.

Taco Soup
1 lb ground chuck
1/2 large yellow onion
1 package enchilada sauce seasoning
1 28oz can diced tomatoes
1 14oz can tomato sauce
1 can black beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can rotel
2 T ground Cumin
1 T onion powder
1/2 cup dried cilantro
2 T granulated garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt
1 T Ropin' Bill's Hot Sauce
2 C water
Brown hamburger, drain grease, add diced onion, combine other
ingredients & simmer 1 hour.
Serve with tortilla chips or tortillas.
